Her roots are from the far away place called New York, Long Island to be more specific. For all of her years she was raised, educated and worked in the great city of New York, but always knew the west coast and particularly the desert areas were where she would one day relocate. Much of Lorraine's New York professions were in the Advertising/marketing arena. She held positions as Media Director for prestigious accounts that included names still familiar like The Reagan/Bush campaign, Bush/Quayle and Guiliani for Mayor. Multi-million dollar advertising budgets were very carefully negotiated to get the best value for her clients. Lorraine says that "negotiating" is the art of give and take with everyone walking away happy - but Lorraine said she always made sure to be "the happiest". When she got to Las Vegas she spent days trying to find the "city" and then realized the city in Las Vegas is The Fabulous Strip! Her marketing and negotiating skills finely honed in earlier years work so very well in making her clients Real Estate transactions the best they can be. Geri been a Henderson/Las Vegas resident for over 26 years. She has been an active Realtor in Nevada for 25 years, experienced in the re-sale market as well as the new home market. Originally from Oklahoma, lived in Southern California prior to the move to Nevada. Geri began her real estate career in Woodland Hills California. Her husband's music career brought the family to Las Vegas. They fell in love with the desert sunsets and casual life style of southern Nevada. Her daughter is also a local Realtor and her son is a helicopter pilot with the National Guard and just returned from a year serving in Iraq.

Clint and Yvonne were married in Concord, CA in 1974. Clint was a licensed realtor in the Bay area 2 years prior and Yvonne joined him at Prudential in 1982 while living in Salem, Oregon for 23 years. In 2000they moved to Las Vegas and became part of the Henderson Prudential Group shortly thereafter. During their 33+ years in real estate they have experienced the fat and the lean years, the ups and the downs and learned that whether the interest rate was 21% or 4% real estate is still a solid investment. The everchanging market and associated challenges has motivated them to keep learning and add designations to their credit such as GRI. ABR, RRG etc. so they can better serve their valued clients.
